Program builds character In more than 10 years, the chamber’s Leadership program has turned out more than 100 graduates who now are using their skills and knowledge as better employees for their businesses and organizations. Now is the time to look around your business or organization to determine who you want to benefit from the next class. The curriculum reflects a more hands-on, out-in-the-field experiences than classroom-type settings. Each morning session is led by Steve Hummel of Transitions Unlimited!, a presenter with years of experience teaching leadership and management techniques.
