Mayor Sulzer to note progress and plans The accomplishments of the city in 2006 and the plans of the administration and City Council for 2007 will be detailed at the annual State of the City Address by Mayor Joe Sulzer on Thursday, March 1. The chamber is sponsoring the luncheon that begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Chillicothe Country Club. The event is open to the public and the cost is $15 per person.
